Privacy policy

Kiffe (“the app”, “we”) is a party game built to respect your privacy. This page explains what data we process and why. In short: we collect the bare minimum, and you can use the app without creating an account.

1. Data we process

• Game profile (optional): if you create an account, your nickname and profile picture (mascot or photo). The photo is stored compressed and linked to your account so it follows you across devices.
• Account: if you sign in with Apple or by email, we process an account identifier and, where applicable, your email address, via our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Purchases: the status of your “Kiffe Unlimited” purchase is handled by the App Store and our payment provider (RevenueCat). We never see your banking details.
• Local game data: the names and avatars of players in a game stay on the device and are not sent to our servers (except in online mode, for the duration of the game).

2. What we do NOT do

• No reselling of data to third parties.
• No collection of contacts, precise location or microphone without your knowledge.
• You can play locally without an account and without a connection.

3. Advertising

The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. You can decline ad tracking (App Tracking Transparency): ads then stay non-personalized and the game works identically. “Kiffe Unlimited” Premium removes all ads.

4. Camera & photos

Camera and gallery access is used only to choose your profile picture, and only if you ask for it. You can decline: a mascot is used instead.

5. Retention & security

Account data is protected by strict access rules (Row-Level Security): you only access your own data. We keep this data for as long as your account exists.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data, and delete your account. For any request, write to support@kiffe.app: we handle requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Kiffe is not intended for children under 13. Some content (the “hot” theme) is reserved for an adult audience.
